'Traces' is an experimental collaboration between Tracy Chow (Once Great Estate) and Glenn Swan (Burlap Productions, etc). Working from separate studios in Tallahassee Florida, Chow and Swan shared and augmented material over the course of four months to create a quiet, curious album of electroacoustic, ambient, post-folk in the spirit of Daniel Lanois, Helios, Ulla Straus, Boxhead Ensemble, múm, etc.. Their album is an intimate soundtrack of dry fields at night, warped wood, pale flowers, clay roads and lingering memories.
